Root USB mounting problems

Ok I connect my USB to my PC and when I try to copy files it say disc write protection and that I should remove the protection in order to copy my files so how do I remove this write protection from my USB????

CM6 doesn't auto install the pc drivers...

On your PC unzip the file, open the folder and run setup.exe or PCOptions.
