Root Usb ms

When I connect to my computer it connects, then a second later disconnects and scans the SD card. Then it will connect again, disconnect and scan the SD card. This happens in a loop no mater how long I have it connected to the computer. This happens no matter what option i choose to connect as; charge only, camera, mtp.

Was this the same problem you were having? Because the .apk you mentioned didn't work for me. Maybe i'm using it wrong?

It worked fine for me, try both APK's? And I beleive you must be rooted for it to work properly. Any additional information I'm not sure, I tried both apk's and the one I listed was the only one that actually connected to my PC. The app seemed a little buggy as for when it wasn't connected the icon was always on my phone randomly but I was able to copy files to and from my SD Card using this app.
 
Hey bro,its me again.i tried to download this usb m/s file from xda.but it wouldnt work.is there a way u can post the file u downloaded so i can download it as well.also whats up with the jellybean update for zte avid.any info u have bout that will b very much appreciated.is there any way to install custom rom yet?ty bro.ur the reason i got my phone unsoftbricked.have a good one...

Are you rooted? And I used this apk http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=884125
