Root Usb Plugged Increased Power

I know this was mentioned in previous threads but I thought I would start a new one specific to this issue. I have the live dmesg lite boot screen installed on my phone and when I was booting the phone I decided to plug it into the computer to see if I could see anything on the boot log. When I plugged the phone in there were lots of messages about it in the boot log. I wish i knew how to get an actual screenshot or log I could show you guys. A few of the terms I can remember seeing were "high speed config #1" and "reset ecm control 3". I hope maybe this could give some insight about unlocking this power.

also if anyone could tell me how to create a log of the boot dmesg I would upload some screenshots

Would love to get to the bottom of this as well- the phone is clearly faster when in USB connection.

As far as logging- I'm not familiar with dmesg lite, however don't the standard Android dev tools (that include ADB shell, etc) include a live monitoring log desktop app?
I remember using it once to find out why something wasn't loading, but it was quite a while ago...
