Help usb/sd card issues

hey all...im fairly new to the moment but i cant figure out how to copy files between my computer to the phone..ive done all the steps..the usb icon in notify bar appears,i click mount..then it says turn off usb storage...ive tried going into app manager i click settings then install and a screen pops up saying "not accessible" .....its not recognizing the sd card..ive even unmounted and installed and rebooted a ton of times....ughhhh!!

What OS is your PC running? Uninstall the Android USB drivers and retry.

After choosing Mount on Moment, access the SD Card from the File Explorer on the PC thru connected devices in My Computer.
