Help Usb storage says its full buts not

Ive had a load of mp3s which i moved from usb to sd card so i know it cant be full anymore. Plus when i play the stock video and music player it says its out of memory...how do i sort this out. Ive even moved most of the apps from the usb to sd card

If you take a look in the phone's settings under storage what do you see under available space for the three storage areas?

Everything says calculating but the usb says 313mb... But theres hardly anythingon the usb its all on sd card

Hmm, very odd. What if you connect the phone to a computer with a USB cable (not using the default MTP mode) and select see if the files you moved are still there somehow.
