Help USB Tethering

Hi

I got a HTC Desire HD. I have unlimited data plan with fair usage 500mb with Vodafone.

I do a occasional bit of camping throughout the year and like internet connection for my laptop. Just to pick up emails look at google for campsites etc whilst on the go.

I don't want to purchase a internet doggle if I don't have too.

Can I use the HTC HD as a modem interface as such. Or is this a bad idea. I heard rumours of pepople getting large bills?

Nesty

If your data plan is unlimited its not going to matter...

Yeah I thought this would be the case, but sometimes don't trust Vodafone with clauses etc!
