Help USB Transfer speeds?

What kind of transfer speeds are you guys getting via USB to the Evo? I'm only getting 2mb/s avg but it'll start off at like 8mb/s then drop down to 2mb/s and while the files are transferring, the status bar will be pretty jerky for the lack of a better term.

Is this normal?

What class sd card are you using? I believe 2mb/s is about what a class 2 card should get. I have a class 4 card and get about 5mb/s. And having a transfer start off quick and then go down is normal, that's just how windows works.

I have the stock card. I'm assuming it's class 2. I guess I need an upgrade. 2mb/s is terrible.
