Use iPhone 3GS corporate plan with Captivate on weekends?

I have a friend who has a iPhone with a corporate AT&T plan. He is interested in getting a Captivate to use on the weekends, and then swap back to the iPhone during the week.

Do you see any issues with that?

If it is not an IPhone4 you can physically do it, (The 4 uses a different smaller SIM) but depending on the corporate restricitions built into the SIM, he may not be able to access certain websites or other things his company has restricted. So the answer is it depends.
