Help Use the same cases as the Evo 3d?

Hey all,
So does this new Evo V 4g have the same case as the original Evo 3d?

I'm looking to get a case so that when I do get this V 4g I dont drop it like it's hot!

I'm a big fan of the Trident Kracken cases, have one for my DX and it's been through a LOT with no issues.
 
Good question. I got the case I'd ordered from Amazon today for the phone. I don't have the phone yet so I can't really see for sure. I'm pretty sure it'll fit the same though...

Wish I could be of more help there. I'm curious about that too.

I think my fiancee has the Trident Kraken case for his Xperia Play 4G. I think that is the name he called it anyways...
 
I would think so since the phone even still says Sprint in the upper right hand side, it doesn't say Virgin Mobile on it physically anywhere, but the software says virgin mobile and is updated.
