Root Use your AMOLED Screen for Incoming Notifications??

Is this possible for the Incredible? Who wants to install the apk first? Apparently the black uses no power when the screen is on. This guy designed notifications via the screen rather than the LED light.

Won't work right for us because the soft keys stay lit. Otherwise it works though.

it works but i really dont like it so i deleted it

You could always use the LEDs Hack from the market to disable the soft keys.

well i didnt like it because it would interupt the notification sound early to the point i wouldnt hear it
