Ok so I just noticed that switching the user agent/web mode in any browser does not do anything. I noticed it when going to a website that will default to mobile on android. This should sites that don't have a "switch to desktop" button to desktop but it doesn't. Anyone else having trouble with the User agent (btw I switched it in 4 browsers at this point and nothing).
