User created skins?

Any chance there will be user created skins? I like the options with Sense 2.0, but the skin selection is kinda.. ehh... right now.

I'm actually thinking that HTC will upload more and more skins as time goes by.

I'd like to know if there is a skin creator or something. I used to make Sony Ericsson themes a while back and would love to make skins for smartphones. Sony Ericsson had a theme creator, you just had to create all the artwork. If anyone knows of anything like this, let me know.
