User Manual for Froyo 2.2?

Is there a user manual, or how-to guide, for Froyo 2.2 on the VM Intercept? It seems a lot of the stuff in the old user manual pdf no longer applies.

Do all Froyo 2.2's have the same user interface and basic behavior (like phone, contacts, messaging, etc.), or is it different for every phone manufacturer, model, and carrier?

That first one is for the phone with the original version of Android, but the second generic one looks useful.

Unfortunately, it seems to confirm that the new version of Contacts is not nearly as rich as the old one was for phone-based contacts.
