Help user manual question/ making a video call

I notice on page 57 of the user manual it shows how to initiate a video call by clicking on a certain icon. I do not see that icon on my sprint note2. is it possible to do this on the us versions and if so any idea what steps I may be missing?

It should be an option within each contact or on the bottom left of the keypad.

It is not on the AT&T version, that is the voicemail button

Each Carrier supplies or omits different features on the Galaxy Note 2

(a practice I find extremely frustrating)

In the UK the note 2 is like the one on the left. Your carriers in the US seem to mess with the UI of phones almost to the point that it isn't what it should be. If you buy a phone here it's exactly the same if you buy it unlocked or locked to a carrier.
