Help Users and Profiles

My Moto G Second Generation has a "Users and Profiles" option that lets me create a second user profile along with a guest. Is there a way to enable more than that number?

My Moto G Third Generation no longer has that feature. Is there a way to enable it?

Yes, I'm looking for this answer as well. I love the "Users and Profiles" option. I've read instructions for rooted ASUS tablets where one is able to change that number.

I would like to enable it on my 3rd generation. Also, I've just got a notification about upgrading to Marshmallow (6) and wonder if it might be there as well.

If someone with profiles enabled on their 2nd generation migrates to the 3rd generation, are the profiles migrated as well?
