Hi, I bought my Desire HD in Taiwan last November, and I've been searching for a solution to connect to Fido 3G network (in Vancouver) correctly.
I have no problems making calls, or connecting to internet via wireless network. However, no matter how I setup the APN's, I can only connect to Edge network most of the time, with occasionally the icon says "G" (means 3G connected, I presume), then switches back to "E".
I have checked the bandwidth that Fido uses for 3G network and I'm pretty sure I have the required frequencies. Can anyone please help me solve this problem? It's been bothering me ever since I got the phone.
