Help using default browser

is there a way to turn off mobile view of webpages? i go to cnn.com and hate the mobile view and cannot for the life of me find a setting in the browser settings to turn off mobile view of webpages. i do see website settings, but that is greyed out like i cannot access it. My incredible, droid and eris all had that setting so am i missing something? thanks

Many times that setting is on the website itself, in cnns case go to the bottom of the nation page and there its a small link to the full site.

Skyfire is a good browser replacement also and has that setting built in.

let me know how it goes! :)

Just about every popular browser in Market is superior to the stock 2.1 browser, armyguydan. I use Dolphin HD, which has a free version as well as premium license.

"Open pages in overview" and "autofit pages" are about it when it comes to settings which affect how the websites look in the default browser, with the exception of the font size and "default zoom."
