Using DHD as a WiFi Hotspot

Hi guys, anyone had a problem using the DHD as a mobile wifi hotspot?

Have followed the user manual to the letter and can't seem to pick it when searching from both a laptop and an ipod touch.

Anyone any ideas? Thanks in advance

Basically there is no settings.Just switch on your computer WIFI then go to control panel > Network and internet > Connect to a network in scrole down to HTC portable network and simply connect. Do remember to switch on your internet in your device before hand. When asked for password > 1234567890

This may be too obvious but you must turn on the hotspot using the tick at the top of the screen. Well it got me....
