Using Eternal / Network Storage for Video

I'm considering buying several Galaxy Tab 10.1s for road trips with the family (and other purposes). In my home I have >1 tb of video stored for the family and tv in the house has a network media streamer (the poorly named Popcorn Hour streamer). I was hoping to setup something similar for the road: an in-vehicle wired or wireless network and a NAS full of video.

Is there a wired network adapter for the Galaxy Tab 10.1?

Can the Galaxy Tab play/stream content stored on a NAS using a wifi connection?

There is a USB adapter that you could use to hook your external drives up to the Tab.

As for streaming, as long as you have a connection, I recommend using PLEX.
