Using Evo to Record Lectures?

I do know the speaker phone function works great, even from a distance. I've been told by the person on the other end that they cannot even tell they are on speaker phone. That being said, I would imagine the voice recorder would work well too. Anyone try it yet?

The best recorder is virtualrecorder and its free nothing comes even close to the sharpness and clarity but if you need mp3 format then you have to converse it through some audio programs which the app developer explains

I do stand-up and took the Evo on stage with me to record my bit, and the audio want that great. It also cut off after like 1:40. maybe I jacked something up.

This is the best recorder I found. Super clear and does not turn off if interrupted by text or phone call.

I agree with Joey. Virtualrecorder is pretty clean. Give it a try.

I used the stock voice recorder on the EVO today in class... I was pretty happy with it.
I sat in the far back corner of the room, opposite to the instructor. She speaks fairly soft, so concidering how far I was I didnt think I would have a chance.
When I got home I could make it all out fine.

Good deal! :)
