Welcome to the forums!

Hope you're still with us, I found your post buried elsewhere getting no attention.

You may be able to connect your phone via USB and when prompted, choose the Disk Drive connection.

If your car stereo can read a simple Windows-type SD card (many can) you'll be able to navigate thru your music folders and select songs for playback.

Guess that will depend on your car stereo model.

Hope this helps!

good post EM and thank you EM for locating this thread. apologies for it getting missed.

OP, what vehicle to you have? Ford? Chrysler? import vehicle?

i also suggest you head to your vehicles manufacturer page and look in the section that shows compatible usb devices. make sure the evo (4g, 3d either is fine) is recognized as compatible with your system. they should also have instructions there.

Also depending on your vehicle like Marc mentioned, you may also have BTooth options with your vehicle where you could stream your music through BT, like Ford Sync.
