Using K-9 Mail

[oOMavrikOo]

Can someone please tell me how to setup my email account using K-9 Mail. I've never setup email on a phone before. I got a Sprint tech to set it up through the standard mail app but have heard good things about K-9. I have a Roadrunner account. Can someone please help?

Go into the stock email account settings and copy them all down...incoming and outgoing server settings. Then just use those settings when you set up an account in K9.
