Using skype from Mexico

Going to Mexico. Has any one used Skype on their mobile to call their office land line? Can employees reach you on your mobile effectively?

These are a bunch of different issues, really.

  1. Can you use Skype on your Optimus V in Mexico and other countries outside the U.S.? Yes, but only when the phone is within reach and connected to a local Wifi network.
  2. Can you use Skype to call U.S. landline numbers? Yes (considering the previous caveat), but you
