Using the droid as primary internet source

I currently have Satellite internet. I have a droid and my husband has a droid. We both know how to use pdanet to connect to the internet on our desktops and laptops. However, We would still like to have the same capabilities with our PS3 and HD receiver using only our droid. Is that possible?
