Yes, you can use it while charging. It will take longer to charge, especially if you're doing something processor-intensive like playing games, and longer still if you're charging through the USB port instead of the mains.

No I just mean that will using the phone while charging cause something to battery?
Like make it weaker? or drain quickly after that?

No, you can safely use it without worrying about your battery.
All batteries degrade naturally over time. You probably won't experience any degradation unless you keep the same phone for several years (or go through a LOT of charge cycles).

Oh and you say even charging a lot will downgrade the battery life??
Oh I charge it everyday even if I am leaving the phone in standby(Idle) mode, I am not even using it but it has to discharge itself automatically..

It makes no difference how often you charge it.
If you completely run down the battery and completely charge it, this is the same as:
- running down the battery to 50%, recharging it, and repeat again
- OR running down the batter to 80%, recharging it and repeating another four times.
These will have the same effect on your battery health. Batteries have a finite number of charge cycles, but this is an extremely high number - more than the vast majority will ever reach.

This website goes into detail.
There's a table quite far down the page which shows the following:
Depth of discharge | Discharge cycles
100% DoD | 500
50% DoD | 1500
25% DoD | 2500
10% DoD | 4700
So this suggests that the average li-ion battery should last for 500 complete charge cycles. After this, this doesn't mean the complete death of the battery, they define "end of life" as when the battery reaches 70% of its' original capacity.

No, like I said in my last post, they define "end of life" as when the battery reaches 70% of its' original capacity.
In other words, even when the battery is fully charged, it will only hold 70% of its' original capacity.

So, Instead of 100 % it will be 70 %?
I think it will still show up as 100%, but the actual time it takes the battery to drain will be reduced by 30%

It should be similar yes, but due to the complexity of batteries no two batteries will ever be exactly the same. The same can be said for CPUs, GPUs and anything else that is built using such tiny components.

Please don't worry so much... Just enjoy the phone. Play with it. Work with it.
If you use it so much that the battery no longer holds the original charge, then you can replace it. Unlike HTC One or IPhone where replacement on your own means loss of warranty.
The battery should last a couple of years. Any phones battery including all my old phones lasted about that long before giving problems. So when 2 years is up, you just have to think about a new battery, or a new phone
But for now... don't worry. You are just destroying your own enjoyment of the phone.

hi, what is this DoD?? S2 comes under 100%DoD and roughly 500 complete charge cycles. (one low to full charge=1 charge cycle?)

dude, it'll be at least two years of daily charging before you will even begin to actually notice a difference in battery life. Yes, Li-ion batteries inevitably degrade with time, but the battery software makes sure you can safely use the phone while charging it. As already said, stop worrying about the battery. This isn't an iPhone, all you will need to do in 2 years is drop 20-30 dollars on a new, original battery, swap it out, and it'll be as good as new. Honestly, the only thing that worries me about the S2 aging is eventual screen burn-in and the blue pixel lifetime... 
it means that if you recharge the phone when the battery is flat, you will be able to do that 500 times before the battery life will be compromised, 1500 times if you recharge from 50% battery life, 4700 times if you recharge from 90%, etc. Basically, it means that if you get to the end of the day with half the battery left (which happens a lot, especially with the 2000 mAh battery), it'll be 1500 days before you would have to replace the battery...
One charge cycle is:
1 * 100% discharge + 100% charge
2 * 50% discharge + 50% charge
3 * 33% discharge + 33% charge
4 * 25% discharge + 25% charge

anyone of s5 users who do this? and on what percentage you charge your phone (considering a power socket / charger is available in your area) eg. office, at home. .
I usually charge mine in the 30% but as i have read,, it is better to charge it on the 50% range. . .
