Help Using Thunderbolt with car stereo via USB??

So I have a Nissan Altima that has a USB port that I use to play my ipod...theoretically could I also hook up the usb cable and use it with my thunderbolt and play music through my stereo while charging the phone...


Was just curious...Wish my car had handsfree bluetooth audio

Can't get my USB to work with Sync, so I use BT.
