This is my first post!
I just purchased an Atrix 2 and its my first droid. My work pays my phone bill, so I have the 5GB + Tether plan. My phone is not rooted though I may root it in the future.
I can successfully connect to the internet using the phone as either a USB or Wi-Fi Tether. However, some computer applications do not connect to the internet as they normally would when I am connected through this phone. For example, Microsoft Virtual PC won't connect to the internet while tethered though it works fine if I use ethernet or another Wi-Fi connection nearby.
Additionally, Hava PC To Go software won't work when tethered. It tries to connect online and virtual times out.
I think all this might have something to do with ports that are blocked on the phone or something, but I wanted to get y'alls insight about how you think I can make all applications work while Tethered.
