Using WiFi To Make Calls?

Is it possible for the triumph to use wifi to make calls like how a blackberry does? I have pretty crappy reception in my house and i was wondering if there was an option like that

Those are the same two apps that I'm playing
Well it is 3 apps.

I have not yet used GV+GrooveIp, I do however have both of them. I do use Skype and have used GV alone via cell signal.

My problem with Skype is my Blue Tooth doesn't work with it. It does have a usb to dual minijack but I still have to use the mic on the phone.

I found that my stereo Bluetooth works with Skype buy my mono doesn't. Skype's been working out well for me.
I just got into Tango for video calling. Over wifi it works great but on so-so 3G it breaks up alot.

Am using CSipSimple, GV and GVCallback. Works fine for me. Found out this weekend that no roaming sucks. Gotta find that Starbucks!

--- Update ---
Tried out the GrooVe IP and GV combo and must say it's MUCH more straightforward than the CSipSimple, GV and GVCallback I WAS using. Thanks for the info MacFett
