Help uTorrent Not Seeding

Hello,
so I am having problems with uTorrent app on my GT-N7100 (Galaxy Note II).

Downloading is fine, but seeding is dead.. It shows up arrow 0B/s all the time when I am on Wi-Fi but seeding starts if I use Mobile Data insted.

Tried exiting the app, turning wi-fi off and on, restarted phone, force closed the app.. Nothing helped.

By the way, I was able to seed a little bit yesterday with wi-fi, but with unstable speed tho.

So idk.. Is there a way how could I make the seeding work? I really wish I could do that on my phone..

The Torrent Is Popular So thats not the problem.

EDIT: While writing this thread I checked uTorrent and saw that it started to seed once again... (with wifi). The speed is dropping and going up all the time tho..
Few mins later its dead again..

Sounds like your internet provider is blocking it, probably due to piracy/copyright infringement concerns as that's the main use of torrents, There's not a lot you can do, I'm afraid.
