Help Utter! Voice control video recording?

I've looked at the Utter Voice Commands app.

Anyone know whether I can use voice commands to automatically start video recording, with the screen off? Or even take a photo?

You know I tried utter didn't understand thing I said so I uninstalled it

Probably but I never use the voice activated stuff. Have you tried s voice or Google now?

I did the same but in Utter's defense I probably didn't use it enough to fully understand it.
