Help V CAST Apps Help PLEASE!

OK, I was SO stoked to get my new xperia play this weekend, especially considering I could finally play my favorite game Dead Space which I am just now learning I have to access the app through V CAST? Can someone clarify this first?

Then I attempted to get on V CAST to see how to download the game only to find that there is an error-continuously hangs up and says "error:unable to complete request".

I was not impressed with the response from verizon. After over an hour on the phone with IT, they actually had to assign a ticket. I have yet to hear back and am not hopeful.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I stop buying games from the vcast store personally because some games are either cheaper or free from the market , just check the description info to see if its xperia play optimized. On top of that the apps gets added to your montly bill adding more money to taxes and fee's.
