Root V6 stock nandroid - pre-rooted

After the advanced restore:
Android version 2.3.6
Baseband VS920ZV3-M8660A-AABQNSZM-3.1.61024FT
Kernel 2.6.35.11-perf+lge@android-build # 1
Build number GRK39F
SW version VS920ZV3

Should I bother a reflash of the nandroid just the way I followed the instructions for the V5?

I looked at the V4 instructions, but there was something regarding a restore file. Was I supposed to use that file?

EDIT:
Has any one else gotten this version to flash?

EDIT2:
Did the complete reflash and same results.
So is this still the V6 ROM with just the kernel mismatch, or is this a V3 ROM?

No, that last file is for restoring recovery and you do not want that at this point as it would overwrite CWM. I will try and see what is going on with this thou, but I'm at a complete loss to be honest.

Well as I go through and freeze the apps, they show to be newer versions.
I think I will flash popcorn kernel 2.0.

Is this the same thing that D2A is working with?
Should I try to see if he can run this on an emulator till his device gets to him?

EDIT:
Well Popcorn 2.0 runs great with this V6. Still shows V3 tho...

Is there any chance that you could convert the missing files to a flash-able zip?

Looks like I might have to try to get the update since the root method still works.

EDIT 2:
Well I chickened out on the OTA and went back to my BO 2.0 nandroid.
Good ol V4..
