on start up you can choose between ubuntu, android 2.1 and windows CE 6.0. It has all three installed at once.

I have a V7 and use Android 2.1 most of the time, but always fall back to Ubuntu for Video. (because it works the best there, even over HDMI.)
 
Yeah, most people don't even bother touching Windows CE - sometimes tablets come with the chinese version, too.
 
I have it too and am overall quite pleased. Great battery life (6 or more hours) and tough construction. Androids 2.1 is smooth and fast. Nits are the resistive screen, lack of market (without hacking) or flash but for half the price of my nexus one or ipad I will use my finger nails to scroll.
