Root Vaelpack and mytheme.zip

[z_ebner]

I am using Vaelpack 3.2 and am trying to flash a custom theme and whenever I flash mytheme.zip nothing changes. Any ideas on how to get it to work? I am clearing the cache too. Thanks for any help.

Are you using ClockWork 3.0? Because I had the same issue and all I had to do was boot into recovery and manually flash the zip file.

Yeah. Which version should I be using?

I would switch to Clockwork 2.6.0.1 or Amon RA 2.3(preferred for less bugs). Go here: http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/259446-clockwork-amon-ra-pc36img-files.html and download the appropriate file then follow the directions to get the recovery changed.
