Help Variations in Screen Hues?

So my friend and I both got the Dinc on April 29th from Best buy. We were at a bonfire, looking at our phones screen brightness. When I put my brightness all the way down, the picture appeared to have a red hue compared to his phone. I must note that my battery was rather low (below 14%) and his was not nearly as low. Anyone else noticed this?

HoFo has a thread on that if you what to check it out. They think it's tied in with manufactured date. Earlier ones have a hue, later ones are less likely.
