Hi, I'm just wondering if A. I am the only person having these issues and B. if not, what's the solution?

1. voicemail doesn't work. I can open the dial pad and hold down the "1" key to get voicemail, but if I actually open the voicemail app it says there are no messages. Also, when I do get a voicemail, even though it is set to display notification icon, it doesn't, so I never know when I have a message. I didn't know this was even going on until several people got mad at me for not returning their messages. I then held down the "1" and had over 20 messages.

2. Gmail is set to check email frequency @ 15 mins. It NEVER says I have new email. I have to manually refresh if I want to see if I have email. Also, my email will just randomly disappear sometimes and I have to click "load messages" to get them to come back. Annoying.

3. I never get 4G and have given up. When I do get 4G, it seems to put the phone to sleep if its been idle for a few minutes and nothing gets synced.

4. Tried to use Navigation the other day and it got to 78% loaded and never went further. I gave up after the map not loading after 10 minutes. Is this normal? If I can't get a map in 10 minutes, I'm already lost. LOL

I have never been so disappointed with a phone in my life. I want my Moment back.

I've never had any of those issues since I got the phone on launch day. I would return your phone and exchange it for a new one.
