Root Velocity 1.2 Force Update problem.

Im trying to force update in hopes of fixing some issues with a manifest.txt error i keep having but whenever i type in "velocity -fu" i get the following error.

Mirror savoxis.awesomazing.com selected...
cp: can't stat '/sdcard/velocity/update/velocity': No such file or directory
bash-3.2#

Whats the deal? :(
 
Um.. 39. Is that the newest? Im also having issues when im connected trying to change themes. I keep getting this error.

/sdcard/velocity/morphs/manifest.txt: No such file or directory
 
Head over to the scripts section under Velocity and download the latest script version from there. Current version is V42.
 
Ok got the scripts. When I go to update this is my new error. Geezus..

export PATH=/data/local/bin:$PATH ; su -c bash
$bash-3.2# velocity -fu
Mirror savoxis.awesomazing.com selected...
cp: target '/system/bin/velocity' is not a directory

Been messing with it. The error gave a 2nd line now.

export PATH=/data/local/bin:$PATH ; su -c bash
bash-3.2# velocity -fu
Mirror savox.darkxshadows.net selected...
cp: target '/system/bin/velocity' is not a directory
chmod: /system/bin/velocity: Read-only file system
