Root Velocity 1.2 Notification Menu Not Working?

I've got Velocity 1.2 installed on the Ally, and it seems like the Notification menu isn't working properly.

After downloading about 30 app updates, I opened the Notification menu expecting to clear them all and there was only one item, even though all items downloaded and installed.

They should all have been listed, waiting to be cleared.
Anyone else seen this?

After apps install, from my knowledge, the new market automatically wipes off the notification bar of updates for the most part so it doesn't flood it. This isn't a bug because it happens to me and everyone I know rooted or not.
