Root Venom Rom ? Where can i find it ?

I heard that theirs a realy good ROM called Viper ROM and i was wondering does anyone know about it and can they post the link. Other Sense 4.1 Roms that's have practically everything working would also appreciated. Links please. Also What HBoot do you have to be on?
 
According to Virus, any HBoot will work. As far as 4G, I THINK that's broken...I don't know, though, as I don't get 4G in my area.
 
I tried this rom for a few days and its really good, but after 2 days I said to myself "what am I doing!" then I went back to Mobster V3.
 
Is it normal for instalation to take so long? it's been almost 5 minutes in Checking/ system partition 50%

I did a battery pull on the first install, because it hung for 20 minutes. Unchecked most things in Aroma, made it load the second time, half way through setting up the phone I realized I didnt install Mms. Why you need to check that in Aroma, I have no idea. Installed again, had the phone almost all the way set up, and it started to randomly reboot. I said #uc* it. Not sure if it was the Hboot, I'm using the Eng Hboot. Viper used to have a disclaimer saying you have to use the new Hboot instead.. If I really want to use a 4.1 ROM I just use Chubz's 4.1. It is exactly like Chubz's 4.1 but with a little bit better setting tweaks.
