What is the battery icon in the top left? Do you get other random messages that pop up? A lot of task killer apps, ram boosters, battery boosters, etc are full of garbage that cause fake pop-ups. That doesn't seem like a normal Android notification to me.

that certainly has the appearance of spam..

if it landed in my inbox, i certainly wouldn't click on any of the links

and this error message showed up,
when I tried to sign up yahoo mail in Email client,
how to check and remove malwares?

But what app is the battery icon for? That's not a system icon. System icons show up on the right. The notifications on the left are from apps you've installed. I'm just saying, it's possible that the app in the notification bar is the problem app.

@Jasmine Jackson , First, I don't think Google would identify you as an anonymous user for any promotion. I also don't think they'd call your phone "Android 5.1". They would identify you by your gmail address at the very least and they'd know what your device was through the play store. This almost certainly is a spam/scam and if it's a pop-up, then it's coming from an app or website.

If it's an email, just delete it, or report it back to google and they can verify it's junk.

As for the security warning, I have never seen anything like this that was legitimate. Most times if you click the notice you will be redirected to some sort of security app or service. They are scamming you.

Yahoo does require additional security bu they would specify exactly what your settings need to be or redirect you to Yahoo for further details.

Definitely Spam/Scam, the URL fir the 'Google' award looks very iffy, the malware message doesn't fit with Google's design standards either.

Oh my gosh, yes this one is SPAM as Google (and the internet) wasn't even around forty years ago. Do not click any link on this. Use your antivirus to see if it'll remove it, start removing apps in reverse order (if you can remember) that you installed and reboot to see if the pop-up goes away. If nothing else, try a factory refresh of your device. Don't auto-restore your phone but download the apps one at a time to see if any of your SPAM or malware returns...

Which antivirus to remove or check malwares, any suggestions?

Well I use McAfee for Android, but ESET and Avast are also well known. There are also any number of malware checkers out there, but Malwarebytes seems to be the most well known...
