[Verizon] 4.3 Bluetooth for 4.2 Possible?

Is it possible that just the new Bluetooth could be taken out of 4.3 and dropped in a 4.2 ROM? Until 4.3 ROMs get to be more polished, I could just go for the new Bluetooth. I love JB Sourcery and would hate to lose all the features.

Well, I use the 4.1 Bluetooth binaries in 4.2.2 (doesn't help much) so I see no reason why you couldn't just flash the 4.3 binaries into JBSourcery.

By the way: if Team Sourcery really is permanently shut down, you & I will eventually have to find another ROM or be left in the dust. Hopefully Eagle and crew will at least reunite for JBS 6 when Android 5.0 comes out, but that's just hoping.

A lot of people are swearing by ParanoidAndroid, which apparently has a ton of options but not as many. Admittedly, JBS has so many options that I'd never use 1/3 of them. Once PA 15.0 comes out based on Android 4.3 (now in beta), I'll likely flash it to see what the fuss is all about.

But Sourcery will ALWAYS remain the ROM standard by which all others are compared :)

I agree. I'm about to flash a 4.3 rom but I know I'm going to miss all of the features JBS has and will come back. When I do, if the 4.3 Bluetooth is what I think it is, I'm going to try to drag them in.

If you're successful, and it works better than the current binaries, then please let us know how you did it! I would definitely love this Android version a lot more if Bluetooth actually worked :)
