[Verizon] Bluetooth Only Works with Google Play Music

So this is a weird problem... sort of similar to one others are having, but a bit different, so I figured I should post this in a new thread.

I'm on AOKP Milestone 5 (updated from whatever was the last milestone that ran 4.0.3 - not sure if that was 3 or 4). First, I now see track information on my bluetooth player, which is really cool. Bluetooth also works great with Google Play Music.

Now for the bad part - with any other app (Pandora, Mog, Poweramp, etc.) it will only play for about a second and then stop. It's still connected, but the music just stops playing. I have tried wiping twice, and also tried AOKP 36, and no joy. I was thinking about downgrading to a version previous to 32 (I think that's when they modified bluetooth) and see how that goes.

Anyone have any other suggestions or insight?

Bluetooth doesn't work right for using my wife's Galaxy Nexus even using Google Play Music, the music plays for a second then stops. It shows it's still playing on the phone and then after a few seconds the car audio says no Bluetooth device found.

I'm running Liquid 1.5 and previously 1.4.

Bluetooth works fine with my Bionic in the car.

Thanks Jeffrey, did you ever get it working at any point on the GN (maybe when it was stock)?

I downgraded AOKP to build #31, which is the build that came just before they introduced a bluetooth upgrade, and it's working great now.

Never had GB on the phone. I flahsed the pre-rooted stock 4.0.4 zip from P3droid and don't have any bt issues. Haven't tried a rom yet though.
