[Verizon] Bootloop after problem with first ROM

Hi. After successfully installing paranoid android on my Verizon Galaxy Nexus, I decided it wasn't for me. I fastbooted into recovery mode, and restored back to factory settings. Since then, my phone refuses to turn completely on. It just stays on the boot animation.
I have a backup of my stock android on my computer I got using clockwork. I've tried clearing cache and all that, same result. The ROMs zip file is gone, so I can't install that. I only need to be able to put files onto my galaxy nexus and I'll be able to put another ROM on there and I can install it.

If there's anything I could try, please suggest it. I'm kind of desperate here.

Thank you.

My suggestion is to try Wugfresh's tool. I was in a similar situation once and I used it to reload. It should get you back up and running.

As long as you have a nandroid of your system before you installed the rom, you should be able to get it back.

If you can push files to your sdcard using adb, then that should work, but wugfresh toolkit might be easier. worse comes to worse, just flash the factory image, re-root, and then use cwm to restore your nandroid. Thats whatI had to do...
