Root [Verizon] Can I downgrade?

So I accepted the OTA a few days ago because I wasn't really considering rooting and unlocking my phone. I decided to try and root for the first time on my old GS2 and I was successful. So now that I did that I want to do it for my Note 2 but now I can't unlock the bootloader since I'm now at VRALL4. Is there a way to downgrade to VRALJB and unlock the bootloader from there? Thanks.

Use ODIN and restore the Root66 image (see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2024207).
I don't know about the bootloader question though.

I'm just a bit confused, will this root and unlock VRALL4? Without needing to go back to VRALJB?

Yeah, I saw that too. But I'm not interested in an unlocked bootloader, so I didn't investigate that any further.
