[Verizon] ConservativeX Governor

I was poking around and noticed that there is a conservativeX governor in some testing. I'm assuming it runs just like conservative but shuts a core down when the screen is off? Which kernels is this for because I would love to try it?

I don't recall seeing this gov on any kernels but I haven't tried them all ;) your assessment of it sounds right.

I think I recall seeing it on one of the lean experimental ones. Not 100% sure I was hoping I was going crazy!

Anyone tried it out? I use conservative so to shut down a core on top of conservative would be great

Trying it out on 2.0.1 experimental 230 today. So far so good. Still pretty smooth operation and not much if any lag on screen wake. Off the charger for 4.5 hours and down to 85% battery now. Haven't used it a lot but I'm in a poor service area so anything data related drains my phone. Have played games for 10-15 minutes and had a couple of facebook and twitter sessions.

Thanks for the report. How are you selecting the option? Through setcpu? I am running CNA right now and just using the built in governor options there and its not listed.

So the "x" governors shut a core down in our dual core processors??? Learn something new everyday!!!
