Root [Verizon] CWM access ext sd card?

Yeah, which CWM are you using? I'm on CWM 6.0.1.0 and if your looking to flash a .zip from your external sdcard choose "install zip from sdcard","choose zip from external sdcard", and then whatever your looking to flashing.

im just on the "regular" CWM from ROM Manager

its 5.8.4.9

I was on that CWM when I first rooted my phone I suggest upgrading to CWM 6.0.1.0 so that if you want to flash cm9, cm10, or any touchwiz roms you can without having to mess around with anything else. The only things you can't have is a custom kernel and recovery at the sametime, which you need CWM kexec to do. This is the link to CWM 6.0.1.0=https://www.dropbox.com/s/3urahgjoll...w_recovery.img
