I lost 4G service about an hour ago, stuck with 3G or 1X. Wonder if its the same problem over here on the west coast.

Washington state checking in. No 4g or 3g to speak of. It's a porn blackout. Riots in the streets. Cars burning.

I woke up this morning with no data, called tech support and they determined it was probably a bad SIM card. Went to a verizon store and had it replaced, data returned but now its going out again. Its back on for now so hopefully it stays on

3G here at the house. I don't get 4G inside the house and I'm not getting dressed to check my 4G status....Maybe I shouldn't make cracks about indoor plumbing when I don't get indoor 4G...sigh

This sounds like the same outage that took place back in late spring/early summer. It only affected 4G devices. IIRC Verizon's outage coincided with a new device being released. Is it possible that Verizon's going to launch another 4G device?

Yeah and the grass is yellow under our refrigerator.....LOL.
Nothing has been fixed as of yet.....here in Nashville.

Same problem here-Philadelphia. Been going on for a few days now actually. I'm rooted so I thought maybe it was ROM related. Glad its not that. Also totally unacceptable on Verizon's end. Break out the pitchforks!

Here's an article from Reddit from an insider at Verizon. Supposedly the northeast is back up...I have 4g back but its been on and off the last 48 hours at least so fingers crossed!

We bought our phones yesterday and today. Today the system was working fine. Today -- took the rep 2 hours to activate my phone, and now both phones have no 3G or 4G. From Tacoma, WA

Same here in Texas. Started going in and out last night, and is still not working this morning.
