I traveled to NC today. I guess in my home switching from 3G to 4G I lost connection and had no service. I did a reboot and now im stuck at Google Logo and it wont boot. I was running Jelly Belly. I pulled the batt for 10 min, wiped cache, finally did a data wipe and it still wont boot. I NEED my phone as I am not at my primary residence....what do I do? I can get into recovery, but I have no nandroid backups I dont think.

HELP!!!
Cant even install the drives cause I cant boot my device. Therefore I cant get into ADB to reflash the stock 4.0.4 image ......

you flash the stock image through fastboot in bootloader mode. So if you can pull the battery , press power and volume up +down at the same time to get into bootloader mode then you can reflash the stock goods using fastboot.

Reflashing a rom from recovery would be my first choice. Do you still have any rom(s) on the sdcard that you could flash again?

Did you give it a good ten minutes? Or did you panic after a couple minutes and pull the battery?

My experience is that JB sometimes causes the phone to hang at the Google logo for several minutes.

FYI, the white Google logo can mean it's rechecking the file system. I always wait for that to finish. (It can take 10 minutes just for this.)

If it's on the 4 color logo (or rom boot animation) for 10 minutes, it's time to worry.

Always (always!) make (or keep) at least one recovery backup and walk away while it's updating. Go reroof the house or wax the car... anything to let it do it's thing. :D

Sometimes even a power off and switching the batteries can take 5-10 minutes to boot back up. Sit the phone down and go do something else while I wait.

I had a reply quoting sweaty last night about the same timeframes, but it was deemed improper and deleted.

Hey yall. Back up and running. I orginally tried to reflash the ROM but it got an error message. Tried again, and it worked.
Thanks again!!!

It was some status message that said the file couldn't be flashed, think it was just a "glitch".

LOVE YALL :) :p
