Root [Verizon] Exchange lock screen

I have my Note 2 rooted and I recently setup my exchange on my phone, and it requires a password/PIN protected lock screen, which I do not like. Has anyone come up with a way around this without eliminating the lock screen altogether?

I have an Exchange account to access my corporate email and a PIN is required by the Exchange Admin as part of their security policies. I cannot override that rule. However, you can access Exchange via an app called Touchdown that allows you to operate the phone without a PIN lock. However, whenever you want to open Touchdown and read your Exchange email, the app asks for a PIN. Still, it helps not to have to use a PIN everytime you turn on your phone.

I had touchdown on my old phones, and I hate the layout of that app. I did get a reply in another thread for a patch for the stock email app.. My IT department is pretty... relaxed so they don't care if I override the security. Depending on your company though, you may or may not risk getting fired i they get wind of it. If you want I can send you that way.
