Help Verizon extended battery issue

Picked it up for $25 on sale at their corporate store. I put it in to see if it works and it did and I had 30% battery. I switched back to my stock battery since I was out for the day and it was full. I get home and decided to charge my original battery before switching. When I put in the new battery to charge it said it was full and more it's draining but it SARS it's charging.wtf?

i have that battery u need to let the new battery drain all the way then charge it up u should b good

so.. The phone thinks it's full BC of the fact I charged it? So the calibration is off or something.. Right? So even though it a at a 64% no telling what it is till it drains and I start.bb over.. Did you have a goofy problem at first? Do the themes in your sig work in the esteem

yes once it full charge calibrate it while phone is still pluged in once u calibrate un plug phone

This battery has to be defective. I let it die and it rook forever to turn on. Now it won't charge. It stays at one percent. It's been teen minutes. I'm gonna try my old battery

alright now.. My extended battery it's charging now. It's been charging since 5:30a.m. Or something.. I was half asleep i when I was dealing with it.. It's at like 56% it's been two hours..sound about right? Yo does anyone know the mV when it's full?

dude stop freaking out. stop taking the battery out. go into stats after you plug it in and make sure it says Charging(AC), and let it go. the battery takes a long time to charge the first few times. if you keep swapping batteries you will never realize the full potential.
i have the extended battery and there are many others on here as well with the same battery.
i am currently at 8 hours of runtime with 49% left, and i streamed slacker for at least 4 of those hours over 4g. i love my extended battery

hahah i quit that shit out haha.. im at like 76% battery left after like 6.5 hours with the wifi and 4g on and ive been using it like normal.. except normally i turn off data when im not using it. it took 5 hours or so to charge ..but this thang is lasting..
